Jimstone Co. now carries a full line of Stone Age fireplace kits.
Stone Age Manufacturing’s Fireplaces come packaged as kits, which are sized according to the width of the opening of the firebox. We have three different sizes available: 24 inches, 36 inches and 48 inches, as well as a 36-inch see-through model. Each of these models is customizable with the option of an arched or straight top opening over the firebox and can be used to burn wood or gas logs.
The Stone Age Fireplace is a designed centerpiece for any outdoor living space. Stone Age Fireplaces are engineered with a deep firebox to maximize draft performance and minimize particulate and dust expulsion from the front of the fireplace in high winds.

Contractor Series
The Contractor Series Standard Kit is distilled down to its essential components of fireplace and chimney, and additional items are left optional, to give you a fireplace comparable to competing models.
It is the perfect choice for applications where a customized profile is desired, or for projects where the lower wood storage area of the Standard Model fireplace is not needed.
Standard Model Series
The Standard Model Series is the flagship product of the Stone Age line, and is a complete kit, with everything needed to construct the fireplace included, except mortar and finishing stone veneer.
Chimney sections, firebrick, hearth and support legs are all part of the package, to simplify your preparation and installation.
PreBuilt Series
The PreBuilt Series delivers the high quality and outstanding performance of the Stone Age product line for custom outdoor room projects, with minimal on-site construction time.
Most PreBuilt Series kits are fully assembled and finished at the Stone Age factory. Once delivered to your home or project location, it is then moved with common construction loading equipment.
The exteriors are designed to be outfitted with whatever choice of natural thin veneer stone, full veneer stone, fabricated stone, brick, stucco or any other concrete adherent that is desired, making our fireplaces easy to integrate into any existing or planned outdoor living area.
Stone Age Fireplaces come ready to assemble and can be constructed off of the pallet in approximately 4-6 hours. Included in each kit are the modular masonry pieces themselves, fire brick to line the firebox (not included with the Contractor Series), and detailed instructions.
The installation process has been specifically designed to help ensure your success. Stone Age Manufacturing also offers a complete line of accessories, such as cooking implements, chimney caps, and cooking grates. Fireplace kits are available at all of our stores in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Lacombe.
